Shipping & Returns

Due to the nature of our small business, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges at this time. Each sale is FINAL because they are made to order which means once an order is placed, the dyeing process begins. We want you to love your purchase, so please contact us if there are any problems with your order.

All sales are FINAL but if for any reason an exception is made, there will be a restocking fee and store credit will be issued once an unworn item is returned to us with your own shipping method. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Each item is made to order. Once an order is placed, please allow 14 days for the dyeing process before it is shipped. Orders will be shipped within 3 days after dyeing process is complete. If you would like something sooner or to check on the status of your item, please contact us and we would be happy to try and accommodate your needs if possible. Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly. We are not responsible for lost packages or incorrect shipping addresses. We cannot ship to addresses we cannot confirm.
