FAQs


How do I wash my item?
Wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low or hang dry. Some pieces are 100% cotton which means there will be slight shrinking during the dyeing process. The item should not bleed but like anything else, wash darks together and lights together. Same rules apply here. For longest life of your hand dyed wearable art, machine wash cold, tumble dry low heat or air dry.

Why is each item different from the next?
Each piece is unique and hand dyed which means there will be variations but the overall look and style is the same. Each item has a set color combination but the way the colors blend can't be controlled making the patterns vary giving each item its own uniqueness! You may see specks of random colors from the dyes on your piece, that is the nature of small batch dyeing. Each item is a wearable piece of art!  

What if an item I want is sold out? 
We keep a very small inventory of each size for each item. Sometimes we will restock but that can't be guaranteed. All the items are blanks before they are dyed, if there are multiple color options then there is a chance we can move inventory around if a color you want is out of stock. Contact us and we'll be happy to let you know for sure if an item can be restocked. 

How long will it take for me to get my item? 
Each item is made to order. Once an order is placed, please allow 2-3 weeks for the dyeing process before it is shipped. Some items will be closer to 14/16 days but please note that turnaround times can be longer during launches or sales due to the high volume of orders received.

Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly. We are not responsible for lost packages or incorrect shipping addresses. We cannot ship to addresses we cannot confirm. 

Please expect potential delays due to the COVID-19 global pandemic that are outside of our control.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we love custom orders! If you like current pieces but want a specific colorway, you can add the custom dye listing to your order. If you have sourced your own piece and you’d like me to custom dye it, we can do that too. Please contact us for more information.

Do you do wholesale? 
Since everything is handmade by me, I don't have the capacity to do large wholesale orders at this time but can work out small batches for specific products. Contact us for more information. 

How much inventory do you usually have? 
We are a small business and have small batches in each size of each item. Which means we can sell out quickly with no chance of restocking. So if you like something grab it! 

How can I get more information on the fit of an item? 
Feel free to contact us directly if you have any questions about any of our pieces. You can also check us out on instagram. We have highlights where we will share "try ons" so you can get a better look at the fit. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 
Due to the nature of our small business, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges at this time. Each sale is FINAL because they are made to order which means once an order is placed, the dyeing process begins. If there are exceptions made, there will be a restocking fee. We want you to love your purchase, so please contact us if there are any problems with your order.
